Welcome to social.alphabyte.org (the "Service"), a social media management and scheduling platform operated by Alphabyte ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
The Service allows registered users to connect their social media accounts and to create, schedule, publish, and analyze content across multiple platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Telegram, and others — from a single dashboard. Features may include post scheduling, bulk publishing, a media library, team collaboration, automation, and analytics.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. Passwords are stored in hashed form; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may register directly or via supported social login providers (e.g., Facebook, Google, X/Twitter).
Notify us immediately at contact@artiphex.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Third-Party Social Platforms
The Service interacts with third-party social networks through their official APIs and authorization mechanisms (such as OAuth). With respect to those platforms:
You must comply at all times with each platform's own terms, policies, and community standards (e.g., Meta Platform Terms, X Developer Agreement, LinkedIn API Terms, YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok for Developers terms).
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party social platform. Platform features may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time, which may affect the Service.
You may revoke the Service's access at any time through the relevant platform's settings (e.g., Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites). Revoking access may disable related features.
Automation features (auto-posting, scheduled publishing, etc.) must be used within each platform's rate limits and rules. Excessive or abusive automation may cause a platform to restrict your account, for which we are not liable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Publish, schedule, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or engage in platform manipulation (fake engagement, follow/unfollow abuse, coordinated inauthentic behavior).
Distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive content.
Attempt to probe, hack, reverse engineer, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
Violate any applicable law or regulation, including advertising, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription or package. Prices and features are shown at the point of purchase and may change with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store your full card or bank details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your account settings or by contacting us.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
6. Your Content
You retain all ownership of the text, images, videos, and other materials you upload or schedule through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and publish Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service (including delivering it to the social platforms you select). You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content and to any social account you connect.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. To request deletion of your data, see our User Data Deletion page.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will always publish successfully — publishing depends on third-party platforms outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost followers, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party platform's terms or any law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country / State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction], unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
